Multiple unsuccessful attempts are due to ineffective study strategies, test anxiety, using too many resources, not doing enough questions, taking the exam when NBME scores are below passing or not using proper test taking skills & strategies. With the Stress Free Prep program, you will gain a better understanding of what resources to use, how to approach the USMLE/COMLEX multiple choice questions, learn superior test taking skills & strategies, have a structure to your day and develop the right mindset to take the exam. This will increase the likelihood of accelerated learning, increasing confidence and higher scores. Therefore, Stress Free Prep course will be highly beneficial to you!
Stress Free Prep does not provide any guarantee. There are a lot of factors that come into play on exam day – sleep the night before, did the student have breakfast, how did the student divide their break schedule, anxiety level, stress level, using the test taking strategies etc. All these factors and more are sometimes not in our control. The course provides the content, test taking skills and mindset strategies that I believe work based on my 10+ years of teaching experience. It is up to the student to use this information on test day.
The Stress Free Prep course is for medical students currently in the first or second year of medical school, students in their dedicated study period, students in clinical clerkship and residents preparing for Step 3. It’s simple to follow, flexible & concept-based!
NBME is not included in any services that are provided by Stress Free Prep. Students will be responsible for purchasing this on their own.
