My passion lies in identifying student mindset and providing skills & strategies to promote a growth mindset. As a physician, I believe it’s important to take care of self before taking care of others. Therefore, I practice Reiki to relax and reduce stress, enhance personal awareness, promote creativity, improve memory and positive thinking.
If you are a medical student who is struggling with board exam prep, want to learn how to study, what to study, how to approach multiple choice questions and how to manage stress levels, email me at info@stressfreeprep.com.
